Essay

Object: processes of motivation of the personnel of the organizations from the point of view of maintenance of efficiency of their functioning in conditions of formation of the market environment. Aim: development of theoretical-methodological bases and practical recommendations for improvement of system management by processes of motivation of labour behaviour of the personnel of the organizations with use of multivector motivational models. Methods: system analysis, comparative administrative-economic analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, vector calculation, graphic modelling, psychological testing. Results: the multivector spatial motivational model is offered, the design procedure of factor of motivation of the personnel of the organization is developed. Use: at the organization of work of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional working group of Project BIZPRO (USAID), by development of training courses on management.
