Essay

The object of this research are processes of management by motivators of labour activity at the enterprises of mining area. The purpose of dissertational research is a definition of theoretical and methodological bases of complex system of work motivation, capable to provide realization of strategic plans of the mining enterprise due to an establishment of personal interest of all categories of the personnel in the final result of activity. Scientific novelty of the received results consists in development and improvement of theoretic-methodological and practical aspects of work motivation systems and personnel management at the industrial enterprise in conditions of market economy with a high level of a competition in area: For the first time: the modern complex of workers' work motivation system, of the mining enterprises which is capable to create conditions for improvement of the use of enterprises labour potential due to association of the personnel interests with the current and strategic plans of the enterprises system of various stimulus is developed; the complex mechanism of a changes consequences estimation in workers' work motivation system which consists in an establishment of economic-mathematical dependences between productivity of work and organizational - economic forces of manufacture is developed. It is advanced: the mechanism of strategic need planning of the enterprise in administrative workers of the appropriate specialization, by construction correlatively regressive dependences between the number of administrative workers and factors which influence labour input of performance of separate management functions; the mechanism of the enterprises strategic analysis of mining area by definition of an enterprise life cycle condition; the mechanism of work norms calculation of linear administrative workers which consists in definition of normative labour input of controlled works; a complex estimation technique of work complexity of administrative workers by an analytical establishment of element parameters which directly characterize features of labour activity; Have received the further development: the theory of number normalization in which the number of industrial enterprises administrative workers and expenses for their wages depending on volume of inevitable losses owing to administrative mistakes are offered to consider; system of material work motivation in which a uniform scale of charges with flexible tariff factor for work payment of all categories of the enterprise workers is offered to use . Practical value of the received results consists in development of the mechanism of increase of workers' interest in realization of the purposes and tasks of the enterprise with a high level of a competition in area and concerning low profitability of manufacture. Acknowledgement of the practical importance of results is the use of development and recommendations of dissertational research at the enterprises of the Dnepropetrovsk region, namely: ДАК "Ukrrudprom" WAT "Suhaya Balka", WAT "Yuzhniy GZK", Open Company __ " Agro-Capital ". The basic theoretical positions of the dissertation have found applications in scientific-methodical process in Krivorozsky economic institute of the Kiev national economic university at teaching disciplines " Economy of work and socially labour relations ", " Economy of the enterprise ", " Personnel management ", Krivorozsky a preceptive - consultation centre of the Zaporozhye state university at teaching disciplines "Economy of work and socially labour relations ", " Personnel management", " State regulation by economy ".
