The object is process of learning of cadet - pilots to a piloting of an airplane in the military educational institution; the aims - the scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodical bases of formation of psychological readiness of cadets to flight activity, development of a technique of formation of psychological readiness for control of engineering systems of an airplane of means of training preparation and experimental check of its efficiency in a time of flight practice; the new approach lies in firstly the theoretical and methodical bases of formation of psychological readiness of cadets to control of engineering systems of an airplane of means of training preparation for the first time are developed, criteria of its sizing up are determined and the technique of formation of such readiness at cadets is theoretically proved during flight practice; the result lies approach is carried out to creation of the system of pedagogical facilities of forming of psychological readiness of cadet-pilots for control by the technical systems of airplane; in a theory it is grounded and the method of teaching, which is directed on forming of psychological readiness of cadets for control by the technical systems of airplane and based on the design of flight situations by facilities of trainer preparation and activation of reflection through the dialog of instructor and student, is approved in practice; it is developed and experimentally tested system of evaluation of levels and components of psychological readiness cadets to flying activity during trainer preparation; it is introduced in one military educational institution and military unit; the field is Pedagogues.
