Essay

The thesis devoted to the development of the increasing reclaiming methods in storage bins of the concentrating plants. There were developed mathematical models of the mass transfer in the bins. On the basis of computing experiments the averaging properties of the typical storage bins of the concentrating plants with the autogenous self-grinding were researched. New regularities of changing of the efficiency of the reclaiming on the granulometric composition in the box -type bins (silo bins) depending on change of the root-mean-square deviation of the content of the calculating size class +100mm in the blast of the batched mineral and the rate of opening of the dished end of the bin were established . On the basis of the received dependences the parameters, constructing and packing schemes of the storage bins were technically proved. The opportunity of decreasing of the root-mean-square deviation in the content of the +100mm's class in the grinder feed up to the 1% at the expense of the reclaiming in the storage bins was theoretically proved.
