Essay

Object of thesis is process of functioning of Crimean market of milk and milk products. Purpose of thesis is development of meth-odological and methodical aspects of effi-ciency of functioning of market of milk prod-ucts at regional level and substantiation of its prospects. Methods of thesis are design-constructional, index, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis, extrapo-lation, expert judgement, pair comparisons on the basis of multidimensional scaling, es-timate of product life cycle, integral estima-tion on basis of multisector model, system of econometric models. Results of the thesis. Criteria of integral estimation of efficiency of functioning of milk products market are first worked out. Methods of integral estimation of efficiency of functioning of milk products market are proved. Marketing strategies of increase of efficiency of the Crimean milk-processing enterprises taking into account the stage of product life cycle are well-defined. The model of price concordance ofdemand and supply is worked up at the mar-ket of milk and milk products. Economic mechanisms of state support of milk-processing enterprises got further develop-ment. Technical approaches of forecasting of level of milk products consumption on the basis of the system of econometric models with the use of the Log-Log function are worked out. The aggregate of factors influ-encing on efficiency of production and reali-zation of milk products in markets conditions is specified. Competition position of basic milk-processing enterprises is specified at the regional market. Scope of the thesis is increase of efficiency of functioning of market of milk products (enterprises of milkproduk-tion subcomplex of Crimea).
