Object: theoretical and applied aspects of forming and development of ways of investing of build complex of region. Aim: development of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the investment providing of development of build complex of region and ground of directions of improvement of their use. Methods: system, statistical and structural analysis, graphic, comparative. Results: the conceptual bases of organization of territorial mechanism of transformation of money form of investments in concrete objects as an investment-build complex of region, basis of organization and functioning of regional financial-build groups are offered. Use: at development of strategy of development of region and program of socio-economic development of the Lviv region.
