Essay

Control problem for the stochastic plant with unknown parameters and disturbances subject to constraints on variables and errors is solved in the dissertation. Adaptive control problem of stochastic non-stationary dynamic plant in the presence of the parameter drift and disturbance uncertainties is considered. The adaptive law with active data acquisition is proposed. It provides better quality of control than adaptive generalized minimum variance controller based on the stochastic equivalence principle. Active-adaptive control problem for dynamic plant with delay in the control channel in the presence of uncertainties is considered. The proposed control law can be considered as a generalization of quazidirect control technique. The locally optimal active-adaptive control law that provides the compromise between the control and identification processes with the criterion parameter adaptation in additional loop is proposed. The given control law is considered as a generalization of locally optimal and pseudo-dual control algorithms. The adaptive system can operate both in real time and in accelerated time mode.
