Matviyenko R. Management of regional development under conditions of transitional economy in Ukraine

Dissertation is focused on developing theoretical-methodological basis and practical recommendations on improvement of regional development management. In this work scientifically substantiated is methodology of creating regional development management systems as well as determined are specifics, character and important problems of this process under transitional economy. Institutional-economic mechanism of regional development management has been developed together with determination of its structural elements and levels of institutional sub-systems. The ways of increasing management efficiency of resources flow in the region and optimization of investment-innovative potential have been substantiated. Concept of regional development management with the purpose of ensuring sustainable social-economic development of the country and its regions as well as future economic growth has been developed.
