Object: calendar holidays and ceremonies of Ukrainians of Bukovyna., pre-Christmas and Christmas, new year and water-christening rite. Purpose: study of sources, personal touches and process of changes of winter calendar rite of Ukrainians of Bukovyna. Methods: history cognition, ethnographical supervisions, questioning. Results: sources and specific of calendar winter holidays and ceremonies of Ukrainians of Bukovyna are shown; intercommunication in the field of spiritual culture of the most numeral ethnic groups of edge - Moldovians and Romanians. Use: can be used by ethnographic and regional museums at forming of displays and funds, at arrangement of museum exhibitions.
