Mogilnik L. 3. Economic tools of state regulation and support of the sugarbeet subcomplex

The research object is the economical mechanism of state regulation sugarbeet subcomplex of Ukraine. The goal of research is the scientific mining and substantiation of the idealized and methodical fundamentals of process of formation of economical levers of state regulation and support sugarbeet subcomplex of Ukraine. Methods: statistical grouping, theoretical generalizing, economic-mathematical simulation, graphic. The scientific novelty: organizational model of the mechanism of economical relationships between the producers of sugar-beet and sugar plants (of agricultural service cooperation for beetsaving enterprises that provide services concerning production activities such as means of production supply, products processing and sale has been offered) for the first time is designed; the formula for definition of volumes of production of sugar of a quota A is offered; the consequences of influencing of the Law "About state regulation of production and trade of sugar" on development of a subcomplex are established; the economical controlling instrument sugar market is advanced. The research results can be used at mining the state programs of production both implementation of sugar beet and sugar.
