Berestovyj O. Constitutional features of women with genital endometriosis.

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of constitutional features of genital endometriosis and to improve the efficiency of prevention and forecast of a endometriosis. The results of retro-and prospective clinical and statistical study have made features of somatotype, component composotion of body mass and body square of women with genital endometriosis. Constitutional features of women with primary infertility is more typical for women with genital endometriosis whereas secondary infertility are more strongly associate with severe endometriosis. The results of dopplerography has astablished that uterine blood flow has some resistence. The results of and a mathematical simulation have made it possible to establish the incidence of the development of a endometriosis. Diagnostic criteria of prognosis of the development of endometriosis were determined and an algorithm of the performance of treatment was presented. The developed method that covers some prognostic and preventing measures was introduced into the health care practice and resulted in improvement of endometriosis diagnosis and treatment.
