The dissertation is dedicated to investigation of the methods of money and credit regulation of national economical systems in the conditions of market transformation. In this work there is generalized experience of usage of instruments of the direct and indirect influence on money-market proportions. There is formulated particularities and laws of forming and development of the money-crediting regulations in the transitive economies. The suggestions for the ways of advancement of efficiency of the influence of the compulsory regulations, discount policies and operations with the security papers on the support of the stability of money market is given. The considerable attention has been paid to the study of the extensive targeting of inflation.
