3. In the dissertation theoretical bases of functioning of learning process in the system of in-service teachers' training are investigated. The philosophical and psychological-pedagogical analysis of the literature concerning module-personalized approach application in this system, which assumes getting knowledge, skills to use logic, methodology and the system of scientific research by participants of the learning process is given. It grounds on the basis of module and personalized approaches integration and gives the opportunity to consider the problem of personality as the question not only about the place taken by the person in pedagogical staff, who is he/she, but also about his/her potential for development, that is if he/she can create his/her own image of teacher-researcher, teacher-innovator and so on. Realization of module-personalized approach provides theory and practice, students' scientific and methodological training organic connection; identity of the level of educational training andraising of the general students' culture level; accordance of the learning process planning to the science that is learned logic, permits to get to the certain teacher' creative potential and creative thinking of pedagogical staff. This approach can foster individual cognition of courses student, to promote getting deep scientific knowledge and pedagogical experience.
