Essay

It has general relevance to the legal nature as well as to the specific characteristics of the institution of the association in the EU law. It is stressed that the absence of precise elaborations about legal regulation of the associations in the EU statutory documents, variety of cases of such matters cause a permanent interest of the European juridical connoisseurs towards formulation of a concept of association within European law. As for Ukrainian doctrine, the problem of legal nature of the EU association with the third countries is for sure a new one and still not studied enough.
