Puchyr S. Strategic forecasting of socio economic development of region

The thesis to deepening of theoretical-methodological bases of study of process of strategic forecasting of socio economic development of region is devoted. On the basis of estimation of system of the strategic forecasting documents certain the essence and contents of a category "strategic forecasting" are determined. Its principles and stages, which specify sequence of statement of forecasting tasks are found out. The saved international experience of strategic forecasting and planning with the purpose of definition of opportunities of its approbation in Ukraine is analyzed by the author. The diagnostics of regional strategy and grounds of the strategic purposes choice of the Lviv region are carried out in the work. The organizational-economic mechanism of realization of regional strategy is lighten out. The practical recommendations concerning improvement of regional programming and financial planning are offered. The system of forecasting parameters is developed. They will supply a mutual coordination planning both forecasting and realization of monitoring for achievement of the strategic purposes.
