Essay

Object of investigation is the the two-mode gas laser of continuous radiation. The thesis researches theoretical and practical problems of forming and development of insurance companies marketing in Ukraine. The analysis of the notions insurance marketing, insurance culture is given. Functions, principles, objectives and tasks of insurance marketing are determined. The notions insurance product, insurance service have been distinguished and specificated. This paper researches the phases of growth and development of insurance marketing in Western countries and Ukraine. The thesis also focuses on the issues of marketing information system formation and insurance market monitoring. The results of marketing research on the level of Ukrainian studentship insurance culture are presented. The paper suggests the ways of improvement of sales and communication policy of insurance companies. There have been determined the ways of improvement of the mechanism of interaction between insurance companies and insurants. The scheme of insurant behaviour when buying an insurance product and the model of quality evaluation of insurance services have been considered. The results of the research were implemented by domestic insurance companies and educational establishments.
