Levin P. The Government Regulation of the Effective Functioning of the Innovation Infrastructure in Ukraine

Object of the study is processes of the development innovation spheres of the national economy at period of the transformations. Objective of study is theoretical motivation of the improvement of the government regulation of the operation innovation infrastructures and need of increasing to its efficiency in modern condition. Methods of research are comparisons, grouping, subscripted, graphic, categorization, in abstract-logical, system, statistical-economic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the decision of the scientific problems on government regulation innovation infrastructures with account of the particularities of the transformational economy of the Ukraine; determination of the factors to efficiency enterprise innovation infrastructures. Novelty is theoretical motivation and practical recommendations on calculation of the government regulation of the efficient operation innovation infrastructures on base of the improvement legislative-legal base from these questions and methods of theestimation to cost-performance of its shaping. Degree of the introduction by: Mariupoliskiy and Donetskiy city councils, OSC "Novogorlovskiy machine-building plant". Branch of application is state and regional organ of power.
