The object is - standards of effective pedagogical co-operation of teacher with a student. The aim is – to substantiate, scientifically base and experimentally probe the pedagogical conditions of formation the standards of the effective pedagogical co-operation during process of teacher’s retraining. The methods are theoretical, empirical and statistical. Scientific novelty and fundamental value – at the first time the indexes of standards of pedagogical co-operation and levels of modification are revealed; content aspect is scientifically based and pedagogical conditions of formation the standards of effective pedagogical co-operation are determined, the meaning of the phenomenon “the standards of pedagogical co-operation” is concreted. The practical meaning – the methodic of formation the standards of effective pedagogical co-operation during process of teacher’s retraining is worked out and experimentally probed. Subject and degree of introduction – a special course “The effective pedagogical co-operation” is worked out, and the methodic of diagnostic the levels of formation the standards of effective pedagogical co-operation his also provided.
