Odariy V. Training of future teachers to legal providing of professional activities.

The object is – professional preparation of the teacher in high educational establishment. The aim is – to substantiate, scientifically base and experimentally probe the pedagogical conditions of future teachers’ training to legal providing of professional activities. The methods are theoretical, empirical, and statistical. Scientific novelty and fundamental value – pedagogical conditions, content and methodic of future teachers’ training to legal providing of professional activities theoretically based at the first time; the structure and signs of displaying legal culture of the teacher as a model of his professional activity; the content of the notion “Legal culture of teacher’s professional activities” is concreted; the positive influence of pedagogical conditions on the personal development of students is revealed.
