Ivanchenko J. Formation of professional mobility of future economists in the process of teaching in higher educational establishments.

The objective of the research is professional training of future economists in higher educational establishments. The aim of research is to base theoretically and to probe experimentally the model of formation of the future economists’ professional mobility in the process of teaching at higher educational establishments; to reveal the pedagogical conditions of its realization. Methods of the research are: theoretical, empirical, statistical. The results and the novelty of the research is the model of formation of the future economists’ professional mobility in the process of teaching in higher educational establishments is developed and scientifically proved for the first time; the pedagogical conditions, its promoting realizations are determined; the concept „a pedagogical condition of formation of professional mobility of the future economists”, the essence and structure of concept “professional mobility of the future economists” are concretized; criteria, indexes and levels of formation the future economists’ professional mobility are determined. The practical results and novelty of the research: the technique of diagnostics of levels of formation the future economists’ professional mobility of is developed. The object and degree of introduction – special course „Professional mobility of the future specialists” was elaborated and probed. The effectiveness of introduction is high. The sphere of introduction is defined as pedagogical, in particular higher pedagogical institutions.
