Ruban N. Relation between activity oxidative stress, ath-erogenic plasma and a functional condition of a vascular wall at a system inflammation syndrome

Object of research - meaning of the systemic inflam-mation and its mechanisms for development blood ath-erogenic potential and changes of the vascular wall reac-tivity. Subject of research - relation between activity oxidative stress, atherogenic plasma and a functional condition of a vascular wall at a system inflammation syndrome. It was established, that the systemic inflam-mation is independent factors of atherogenesis, which influences through activation of monocytes, neutrophiles and development of oxidative stress, increase of athero-genic lipids in blood and changes of the vascular wall reactivity. Use of fenofibrate in conditions of system inflammation results in decrease of inflammation blood cells activation and reduction of oxidative stress with subsequent anti-atherogenic action.
