In Thesis is disclosed economical essence of investments, their interrelation with macroeconomic indices of Economics. The questions of increasing the efficiency of investments are considered. Much attention is devoted to the questions of forming the mechanism of state regulation of investment activity and determining the directions of its improvement. In Thesis are analyzed the investment activity in Economy of Ukraine, the questions of obtaining the foreign investments and also reproduction of main means during 1991-2003.
