Duda J. The features of natural resistance of Golstein breed cows in different physiology state with an influence of biologically active matters (propolis and hydrohumate)

The objects of investigations: natural resistance of Golstein breed cows in different physiology state. The purpose of investigations: development of effective schemes of correction of natural resistance of Golstein breed cows with an influence of biologically active matters (propolis and hydrohumate) and prophylaxis of postnatal complications (endometritis). The methods of investigations: physiological, biochemical, immunological, morphological, clinical and statistical. Theoretical results: it is shown, that in the dynamics of dry period at the measles of Golstein breed indexes of protein metabolism go down, at the same time immunological indexes rise. Seasonal and age-old index changes of biochemical, hematological and immunological status of pregnant cows are exposed. It is founded out, that cows which are sick on endometritis, and pregnant cows, which are inclined to it, there is the decline of organism immunobiological reactivity. Practical results: it was also founded out, that application witha prophylactic purpose of immunomodulator propolis in a prenatal period, and compatible application of propolis with hydrohumate in an early postnatal period is brought to the indexes improvement of protein metabolism, cellular and humoral immunity and unspecific resistance. It was proved by the results of researches, that the immunological inspections of pregnant cows allow to conduct the early exposure of endometritis inclined animals. The novelty: for the first time it is carried out complex research and dynamics of natural resistance parameters of Golstein breed cows with a different physiological condition, during different seasons of year, and its change is established at pathological course of the postnatal period. On the basis of immunological and clinical researches it is revealed, that use of natural biologically active matters (propolis and hydrohumate) in dry and early postnatal the periods allows to carry out effective correction the immunological status with the purpose of preventive maintenanceof postnatal complications.
