Ternova I. Economic regulation of potential in modern conditions (by the example of agro-industrial complex)

Object of research. Process of economic potential formation in modern conditions. The purpose of research. Generalization and a substantiation of methodical approaches to regulation of agricultural complex potential and development of practical recommendations concerning maintenance of effective utilization and reproduction of agro-industrial complex potential. Research receptions. Principles of dialectic knowledge, association of logic and historical analysis, deduction and induction, method of multivariate statistical analysis, the system analysis, cluster analysis, Correlation-and-regressive analysis, trend analysis. Theoretical and practical results will assist increasing of efficiency of regulation of agricultural potential in modern conditions and development of the organizational circuit of realization of regulative influences for the coordination of strategic and tactical interests of regulation of potential of agro-industrial complex. Novelty will consist in development of methodological basesand substantiation of methodical recommendations concerning creation of modern system of effective regulation in potential of agro-industrial complex. The essence of an economic category - "potential of agricultural complex" is determined and its dynamic character is proved. The organizational circuit of realization of regulative influences which provide the coordination of strategic and tactical interests of use and reproduction of potential of agro-industrial complex and based on a complex of normative, plan and market toolkit is offered. Degree of introduction. Results of the dissertation are used in practical activities of management of agriculture and foodstuffs Chougouev administration.
