. Dissertation is devoted to basing the way of optimization of Ukraine Defense Department Ground Forces Military Academies cadets' nutrition. Hygienic researches revealed considerable defects in characteristic of actual nutrition and of normative ration of cadets, these defects are imbalance of protein quota due to animal multiplier deficiency, physiologically incorrect correlation of three the most important amino acids lypid deficiency, mainly of vegetative lypids, deficiency of polyen fat acids, phospholypids, carbohydrates, mainly of mono- and di-saccharides, vitamins C,A, B2, D, physiologically incorrect correlation of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, food fiber deficiency, protein, fat and carbohydrate imbalance in mass and energy contribution to actual ration and normative ration, gap of actual ration and normative ration energy supply from cadets' daily energy expenditures. Adaptation of soy protein-fat dresser and of vegetative adaptogen Biotrit-C improved cadets' nutrition, its equilibrium and supply with the most important macro- and micronutrients. Accordance of ration energy supply to cadets' energy expenditures was also achieved. Correction of actual ration by addition of mentioned Biologically Active Additions to food influenced positively on complex of morfofunctional and biochemical indexes of cadets' nutrition status, cadets' physical and intellectual efficiency, assisted in vegetative nervous system functional state optimization, and in increase of organism resistance to catarrhal diseases.
