Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to substantiation of correction and increasing of adaptive resources of the organism and bioprophylaxis of impaired homeostasis under prolonged combined action of chemical stress-factors (lead and fluorine) by complex application of bioprotectors, such as pectin, calcium and triovit. The correlation between adaptive process flow and application of bioprotectors was identified. Integral evaluation method of antioxidant protection and evaluation criteria of adaptation-compensatory process dynamics were proposed, mean of increase in functional reserves of the organism was substantiated. It was stated, that bioprotector complex activates metabolic processes and provides sufficient adaptive abilities of the organism under combined action of lead and fluorine at once and could be used in prophylactic, cure and recreation branches.
