Essay

The results of the analysis to the development of a selection science in cattle breeding of Ukraine of the second half the 20-th century have stated on paper in the dissertation research. It has proved that the second half of 20-th century is transitive stage from traditional methods breed forming to formation of the newest directions of the selection which is based on the essentially new concepts of concerning the status of breed, selection methods and estimation of cattle breed value.
