The dissertation is devoted to the evolution of the theory of price in which transitivity from commodity to the non-intermediary market of public relations on the modern stage of the economic. Development on the world - wide level is reflected. In the paper the analysis of theoretical concepts denoting evolutionary process of development and qualitative firing of the commodity monetary relations has been done. The research of price formation gave the possibility to discover the existence of the non-intermediary relations by the market in the process of formation of the information society the material side of which is presented in the form of the information technologies. It is show en that on each stage of the evolutionary development the characteristics of transformation and alienation are denied in the content of price, at the same time the enrichment of its content by the elements of the new public relations takes place.
