Afendikova N. The macroeconomic mechanism of imploy agricultural population

The dissertation is devoted to revealing of specificity of maintenance of stable employment of agricultural population and development of the scientifically-grounded offers on perfection of social - labour attitudes in agrarian sphere in market conditions. Scientific approaches are analysed and the interrelation of concepts which open essence and the nature of employment and its stabilization is shown. The common is revealed and individual in formation of modern system of employment on the basis of the comparative analysis of foreign and domestic experience of development of the market of a labour. Features of reproduction of a labour and functioning of the agrarian market of a labour in transformation to economy are investigated. Determinants of stabilization of employment are determined on the basis of monitoring employment of agricultural population. Recommendations on maintenance of employment of the agricultural population, adequate to features of agrarian manufacture in conditions of market transformation of economy are developed.
