The dissertation is devoted to study the clinical and laboratory efficacy of different urodynamics recovery methods in the complex gestational pyelonephritis therapy. 158 women with gestational pyelonephritis was participated in the investigations. The changes in a number of clinical, biochemical, hormonal and immunological parameters caused by different urodynamics recovery methods was studied during pregnancy, post-delivery period and after three years following the gestational pyelonephritis. The criteria for quantitative gestational pyelonephritis therapy efficacy measurement were developed on the basis of the obtained data. It was observed that positional drainage led to a prominent clinical effect only in 37,5% of cases; urethral catheter - in 86,4% but in 45,6% of women new pyelonephritis attacks was developed. Using of catheter-stent led to a prominent clinical effect in 89,7% of cases. It was shown that catheter-stent also decreases the risk of disease complications. On the basis of the obtained data an optimized plan of gestational pyelonephritis therapy, which includes the use of stent for urodynamics recovery, was substantiated
