Object – processes which take place in the system of management by innovative activity at a regional level; purpose – theoretic-methodological ground of priority directions of development and introduction of strategy of regional development of innovative activity in the modern market economic system; novelty – theoretic-methodological positions of estimation of influencing of innovative activity are deep on placing of productive forces and socio-economic development of regions, which unlike existing in more depth take into account principles of priority, complexity, concentration and recurrence which settles to attain the stable rates of economic growth of regions; results – legal frameworks of strategy of regional development of innovative activity on the basis of improvement of the legislative-normative adjusting of innovative activity in Ukraine are developed.
