Ivchatova T. Correction of the first mature age women's figure taking into account the individual peculiarities of the mass geometry of their body

The object of research is the process of health-related training of the first mature age women. The subject of research are methods and means of body-building correction of the 25-32 year old women. Methods of research: the following tasks were conducted: the analysis of special scientific-methodical literature: pedagogical observations and experiments with the use of complex methods which are as follows: anthropometry, miotonometry, pedagogical tests, biomechanical video-computer analysis, biogeometrical profile of carriage of the women with the using of "Torso" program, and also methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty of the work is the following: homiometrical indices of the first mature age women's body were determined for the first time. The characterize the disorder of the biogeometrical profile of the carriage; on the basis of the individual peculiarities of the mass geometry of the women's body the technology which allows to influence on the spatial organization of their bodies with the help of physical exercises were picked up; the computer informational-methodical "Perfect body" system for the realization of the given technology was worked out. It permits to optimize the process of the health-related training; the information data basis was widened and supplemented. It characterize the peculiarities of the physical training and spatial organization women's bodies of the first mature age relatively to the somatic system counting.
