Kopchenko I. State regulation of small entrepreneurship in transformation economy.

Theoretic and methodological principles of state regulation of small entrepreneurship in transitive market conditions are grounded in the scientific work. Social and economic nature of small entrepreneurship as a regulative policy object was defined. It was shown theoretical mechanism of state support of small entrepreneurship development in transitive market economy conditions, which organically combines direct methods of influence and indirect economic stimulation. The essences of regulative policy as a part of state regulation of small entrepreneurship are determined. It also manifested the peculiarities of state regulation system of small entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The tendencies of small entrepreneurship development are analyzed, state regulation principles, evolution of development and regulative policy implementation process in this sphere were investigated. Financial-economic and legal-organizational methods of state regulation of small entrepreneurship are highlighted. Worked out concrete proposals of the main state regulation measures improvement of small entrepreneurship in Ukraine, the proposals also helped to ground an algorithm of carrying out institutional actions in Ukraine directed on providing effective business environment for small entrepreneurship forming in Ukraine.
