Essay

The dissertation addresses the issue of improvement of the mechanism of fiscal relations between the centre and regions concerning socio-economic development. The necessity of reformation of intergovernmental fiscal relation taking into account regional features of their development has been grounded. Specific propositions and recommendations for the development of intergovernmental fiscal relations in Ukraine and for the increase of efficiency of public administration in economic and social development of regions have been elaborated. The major results of the present dissertation have been already brought in the economic practice.
