Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical aspects of the political appearance of the inter-civilizational process, which take place in the region of Central Asia; of exploring of methodological and theoretical basis of phenomena "globalisation" in regional policy, it's influence on civilizational development in different regions of the world, especially in Central Asia. In dissertation are covered basic rules of the civilizational theories of A. Toynbee, S. Huntington, system's theory by I. Wallerstein, geopolitical concept by A. Dugin. In the dissertation it is cleared the connections between conceptions and theories, mentioned above, for understanding of civilizational process of the humankind. In particular, in dissertation attention paid to the questions of transformation of inter-civilizational relations in the era of globalisation. It is proved that, the civilizational nature of Central Asia is unique by it's backbone, because in this region took place the imposing of civilizationsofdifferent types, which, mainly, is dangerous fact. The new countries of Central Asia are not able till now to build their own political and economical models of participation in world civilizational process, nevertheless, this countries still looking for their civilizational identities. Such search has difficulties because of ethnical Iranian-Turkish dualism. It is very important for Ukraine now to fulfil conceptually it's foreign doctrine of relationship with the countries of Central Asia region
