Ustinova I. Ecology-town-planning a substantiation of sustainable development of the urbanized territories of Ukraine.

The object of the research is urbanized territories (the urbanized regions, cities) as a base and as an element of ecology-town-planning system of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is a determination of principles and development of the methods of ecology-town-planning substantiation of the directions and parameters of the sustainable development of urbanized territories of Ukraine. The methods of the research are a system approach, structure functional, matrix and graph-analytic analysis, methods of the mathematical statistics and expert appraisal. Scientific novelty of achieved results consists in that for the first time the action of the mechanism of self-regulation in development of urbanized territories as ecology-town-planning systems was analysed, the ecological essence of the process of urbanization is revealed, criterion of the sustainable development and system of its factors is offered; ecological principles of the functioning and facilities of ecology-town-planning harmonization conditions of the development of urbanized territories is determined; the methods of the quantitative analysis, forecast and motivations of the directions and parameters of the sustainable development of the cities and urbanized regions is offered. Practical importance of achieved results consists in normative-methodical supplying of ecology-oriented town-planning designing and motivation of the concept of perspective settling in Ukraine based on position of its ecological practicability.
