Kuzmenko Y. Features of attitude to him/herself and to life of the people who survied eco-catastrophe

The dissertation is devoted to research of features of attitude to him/herself and to the own mode and quality of life of the people who survived eco-catastrophe. The general problems of extraordinary situations, their main kinds and features are reviewed; the frame of Chernobyl accident as an extraordinary situation and an eco-catastrophe is determined; the stressful influencing of the eco-catastrophe is shown to be a cause for change in a mode of life. The idealized model of a category "a mode of life" in the social-psychological aspect is offered. The features of the building of a system of objective indexes of quality of life are indicated, and their comparative characteristic in the clean and radiation contaminated terrains is submitted. The analysis of subjective estimations of changes in quality of life among the population of clean and damaged regions, with correlating them with values of objective indexes, and the comparative analysis of the social-psychological characteristics of a mode of life are conducted. The news program " Optimization of a mode and quality of life of the population damaged from eco-catastrophes " has been designed.
