Vereskun M. Estimation of Corporate Restructuring of Economy of Region

Object of research: organizational and economic processes accompanying corporate restructuring of economy of region. The purpose of research: elaboration of theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical rules on formation of the complex approach to an estimation of corporate restructuring of economy of region on the basis of the analysis of quantitative and qualitative parameters. Methods of research: a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, analytical, average and relative sizes, dynamic series, logic generalizations, graphic, modeling, system and comparative analysis. The theoretical and practical results consists in a substantiation and practical use of the complex approach to an estimation of process of corporate restructuring of economy of region on the basis of the analysis micro- and macro- components of this process, and also in elaboration of measures directed on increase to efficiency of corporate restructuring of economy of region. The results of research can be used for increaseof efficiency of functioning of economy of region on the basis of application of advantages of the corporate form of organization of economic activity; by development and realization of the programs of social and economic development of territory; at realization of competitions and auctions among the applicants for privatization of state and municipal property; at teaching rates: "Accommodation of productive forces and regional economy" and "The organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of the market". The scientific novelty consists in definition of essence of corporate restructuring of economy of region and its basic components; the definition of concept "corporate re-structuring of economy of region" is given. The necessity of use of the complex approach to an estimation of corporate restructuring of economy of region is proved. The estimation of corporate restructuring of economy of Donetsk region by the analysis of quantitative and qualitative parameters was made. It is suggested that the corporate restructuring efficiency at micro-level should be increased through improving privatization procedures and stimulating the transformation of transitional corporations in public ones. The concept of creation in economy of region of a new economic body-interindastrial regional corporation is elaborated. Spheres of use are the bodies of local self-management; the corporate enterprises, higher educational institutions.
