Sadkovyi V. Features of posttraumatic stressful frustration display of workers at fire-saving divisions of the Ministry of Extraordinary Situations in Ukrain.

Work is devoted to the analysis of specificity of work and its revealing stressful factors which are the reason of occurrence posttraumatic stressful frustration for workers of fire - saving services of the Ministry of Extraordinary Situations in Ukraine. The received results testify to the big psychological loading at researched experts which promotes occurrence of negative changes in their mentality. These changes are transformed to a posttraumatic stressful syndrome which symptoms depend on scale of process of fire suppression, time of its action for experts and individual psychological features of recognition of the participation in this process. Features of posttraumatic stressful frustration which people have who took part in suppression of difficult fires in depot of the weapon and in liquidation of an extreme situation are established. It is shown, that firemen - rescuers don’t have propensity to a suicide, alcoholism, glue sniffing and drug addiction. And they have no symptoms « fault of survived » and « hit or run» which are peculiar to representatives of the trades connected to risk for health and life. Recommendations on preventive maintenance and psychological correction of negative changes in mentality of injured people are given.
