Ignatenko Y. Govermmental regulation of the agroindustrial complex in terms of economics transformation

Object of research: district, regional agroindustrial complex, subjects of managing. The purpose: development of conceptual bases of improvement of the forms and methods of state regulation of agroindustrial complex. Methods: the comparative analysis, system approach, cluster analysis, graphic method, sociological researches. Scientific novelty: the classification of the factors is proved which determine the contents and forms of state regulation of agroindustrial complex in conditions of transformation of economy. The scheme of the control by the officials of joint-stock company of a level of the cost price and price of new production is developed. The results of research can be used for increase of productivity of work of the officials in work of agroindustrial complex, and also at use of indicative planning in work of regional and district managements of an agriculture and foodstuffs. The scheme of indicative planning of long-term development of branches of crop production and animal industries areintroduced in Management of an agriculture and foodstuffs of Blisnyukivskij district and Senior management in the Kharkov region.
