Object – transformational economics; goal – theoretical determination of the main tendencies of macroeconomical dynamic in transformational economics; methods – rising from abstract to specific, evolutionary-institutional and economically-mathematical. There are offered interpretation of micro- and macrodynamic, measurement method of tendencies of acceleration of market transformation. It is shown that the decisive tendency of macrodynamic is the change of the income norm. In the field of macrodynamic are separated: macrodynamic of social production and financial macrodynamic. It is established that for the dilative phase of macrodynamic in transformational economics are typical tendencies towards change of salary, percent, rent and income. There are established deep internal deformations in realizing of mechanism of savings – investment. Theoretical application: in educational process during preparation of course, textbooks and methodic recommendations in economics, macroeconomics, government regulation of economics; practical – specification of possibilities and measures of state macroeconomical policy by development of programs for further stabilization of economics.
