Theoretical and practical results - in-methodological conclusions and theoretical generalizations are got show itself certain payment in subsequent development of ways of improvement of forming and use of labour potential, allowed to formulate the concrete suggestions directed on overcoming a crisis in the agricultural production and optimization of providing by his human capitals.
