The thesis is devoted for resolving of price determination issue for scientific-technical products (STP) in construction. The objective necessity is improvement of theoretical and methodical system of pricing reformation and development of norma-tive base for determination of reliable and substantiated price for scientific products. The method of standardization for STP in construction considering the techni-cal conditions of fulfilling scientific-research work is proposed. A relation between labour intensity and STP novelty and complexity was established. The structure of creation of the labour input norms for STP was elaborated. The calculation of STP bid price is proposed by two approaches – cost estimate or normative one. The rela-tion between mass of profit and STP type and labour intensity considering their nov-elty and complexity was analysed. The profit differential values those considering NTP novelty and complexity were calculated. The passport system fulfilling for ac-tual expenses account of their comparing to with planned labour intensity indexes was proposed that makes possible to adjust of the norms, assists to their improvement and that will contribute to speeding-up labour intensity, refining administration activ-ity and promoting work efficiency of scientific organizations and speeding-up appli-cation of scientific developments.
