In dissertation work the research the questions of determination investment attractiveness of regions and types industrial activity of regional economy theoretical and practical. On the basis of complex approach basic concepts and categories investment analysis, theoretical approaches to determination essence and structure investment potential of region, formulated methodological approaches are certain to estimation investment potential of region. Methodical approaches in relation to determination investment attractiveness types of economic activity industry of region, analysis structural differences in the economy of the Dnipropetrovs’k region are offered.
