Papp V. Management by investment process and the choice of effective investment projects under the conditions of risk (on the materials of Transcarpathian region)

Dissertation deals with the investigation of tendencies of investment process development in Ukraine and analysis of effective investment projects under the conditions of risk. Main methods of creation of favourable investment climate and improvement of investment activity of managerial subjects are proposed. The algorithm of determination of the allowable risk level during different varieties of investment project realization is proposed. The influence of causes which determine the effectiveness of investment is investigated and methods of choise of investment projects based on the analysis of structure and cost of investment resources are proposed. These methods are also compared with profitability of output. Dissertation is devoted to important problems of restraining of economic development of the region. Main priority directions of investment activity on the regional level are determined. Main methodical aspects of formation and realization of regional investment strategy are given.
