The thesis is devoted to the determination of the theoretical principles and the development of the methodological approaches to quality management of the trade enterprise activities. The principles and methods of the general quality management is considered in the given work. The characteristics of the system elements of quality management is given. Methodological approaches to the quality provision of enterprise activities are grounded, the evaluation of the enterprise functioning effectiveness in the context of quality management is made. The analysis of the process of the quality provision of trade enterprise management is carried out. Methodical approaches concerning the quality audit exercise of trade enterprise activities are substantiated. The expedience of the elaboration of the integrated system of quality management is grounded and its model is suggested. The criteria of the trade enterprise activity quality are determined and the proposals concerning the organisation of monitoring aregiven. The proposals are given concerning the elaboration of a target program of the implementation of the system of quality management of trade enterprise activities. Recommendations as to the working out of the integrated system of quality management and provision of its effective functioning in the enterprise will promote the improvement of trade enterprise activities, consumer needs satisfaction.
