Boyko S. 3. Export potential of sunflower seed market and products of its processing in Ukraine

. The object of the investigation is the process of forming and fore-casted development of sunflower seed market and products of its' processing in Ukraine and the processes of adaptation of foreign-economic activity of oil and fat sub-complex to the world market's conditions. The aim of the thesis' investigation is theoretical grounds and suggestions development to improve the mechanisms of forming, raising of the rate and realization of the export potential of sunflower seeds market and products of its' processing in Ukraine. Methods of the investigation: monographic, theoretical generalization, observation and economical analysis, economic-statistical and comparative, statistical grouping and comparative ad-vantages, economic-mathematical modeling, graphical.The Scientific novelty: for the first time with the usage of eco-nomic and mathematic modeling of economic processes in agroindustrial field the concept of export orientation of Ukrain-ian seed market and products of its' processing is groundedwhich gave an opportunity to analyze the state and dynamics of the market's development with definition of contribution of each factor to the dynamics and ranking them by the influence upon the result. The estimated volumes are defined for export opera-tions with the products of sunflower seed processing with si-multaneous estimation of foreign market's reaction to the change of sunflower raw materials export structure from Ukraine, based upon the condition that the overall balance of quantity of sunflower seeds and oil produced in the world won't change in case of raising of oil proposal at the expense of lowering the proposal of seeds, recommendations are devel-oped for stirring up foreign trade relations with the help of di-versification of products' markets; the economical essence of category "export potential" is given further theoretical expan-sion based upon hierarchical structure of separate market's components' potential and the theory of over abundant produc-tion and comparative advantages which helped to define the "potential" through volume of production which complies with world's demands and standards and could be excreted form the gross product of agroindustrial complex for satisfying the de-mands of foreign food market with the maximum benefit for the country; grounds for proposals to raise the rate of sun-flower seed and products of its' processing market export po-tential based upon analysis of production indexes, inner con-sumption, changes of normative law base and adaptation to factors of the environment; the mechanism of state regulation of sunflower seeds export was improved with the methods of protectionism and the products of processing with the methods liberalism taking into account rational structure of export-import operations; system of measures of foreign-economic activity of oil and fat sub-complex of Ukraine adaptation to the ГАТТ/ВТО and speed-up of integration of agriculture of Ukraine into world economic processes which envisages in-troduction of the world system of technicalregulation sys-tem. The results of investigation: the grounded proposals pre-sented in the thesis and practical recommendations can be used on different levels of state and branch management.
