Тhe methods of organization of future economists' independent educational cognitive activity in combination with case-method, new informational technologies, problem learning and study in small groups using integrating approach are proposed. The author detailed the notion "independent educational cognitive activity of students of economic specialties". The author invented and tested the method of defining typological groups and levels of skills of independent study, defined criteria of evaluation of the results of tasks for independent learning fulfilling.
