The dissertation is devoted to the overwhelming research of the actual theoretical as well as practical issue of marketing research formation and development in Ukraine in context of its effective utilization in system of management, planning and regulation of companies' marketing activity. Based on the analysis of the marketing research formation in the world economy the main result-oriented factors of their development and their evolution stages are determined, classified and characterized. The theoretical and methodological principles as well as the practice of marketing researches at the Ukrainian and world level are examined. Predicted the pointed system phenomena the future development tendencies in Ukraine and formulated precedes propositions in sphere of the marketing research sphere development support by government institutions'. Improved world classification of marketing research elements in terms of gaining maximum effect from their performance on enterprise in Ukraine. Developed author's attitude to the performance and organization of marketing research in Ukraine algorithm form. Also developed particular steps on marketing research effectiveness rise on an enterprise in Ukraine. To analyse the its effectiveness is developed effectiveness research model.
