Stsiborovsky O. Psychological peculiarities of effective decision making by the officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in non-standard situations

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of psychological peculiarities of effective decision making by the officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The definition of the concept of “decision making psychological peculiarities”, which are total combination of quantity and quality parameters of psychical processes, which are the structure of actions system on decision making has been clarified and concretized. Typologisation and psychological description of different non-standard situations of decision making and their dominant psychological processes of managerial activity subject have been carried out. Complex of psychological methods and technology of their usage in the process of the psychological experimental research with the purpose of revealing and description of the total combination of effective decision making psychological peculiarities by borderguard officers in non-standard situations of various types has been substantiated theoretically and verified experimentally. Psychological peculiarities of effective decision making by the officers of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine, learned according to various levels have been presented. The method of reflective-emotive training based on reflective practice principles and personal characteristics involvement into the discourse thinking process, creative thinking development and psychical self-regulation.
